FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023

Our task (together with Go4Gold) was to plan and execute the complete program for fans before and during the matches. Before the World Championship began, we conducted several site visits to perform a thorough technical audit of all arenas in each country. We created a content list for all display screens in the arenas, commissioned the production of animations and graphics, and handed them over to the local production teams. We assembled complete teams of hosts, DJs, performers, and production staff. We wrote scripts and production plans for each match.

We directed the flow of all 92 matches according to meticulously crafted scripts, ensuring a smooth execution. We managed all content displayed on the arena screens. We created 67 different types of fan activities and carried out 35 unique partner activations. In total, we executed 922 partner events during the tournament. Additionally, we directed the opening match in the largest arena in the world and concluded the event by managing the final ceremony.

After the World Championship concluded, we evaluated the event's execution and assessed its success. We analyzed feedback from fans, participants, and other stakeholders. We compiled a final report with recommendations for future sporting events and closed all logistical and production matters. At the same time, we maintained communication with FIBA and local organizers regarding feedback and overall evaluation. Thanks to the efforts of our team, in collaboration with local artists and volunteers, and based on the client's feedback, we are confident that we fully achieved the project's goals.
