FIBA EUROBASKET 2022
Basketball generation that shined at the World Championship in China and at the Olympic games in Tokio has returned home to entertain czech fans in the Prague O2 arena. During 15 matches of group D the fans had the opportunity to see world class players such as Nikola Jokič or Laurim Markkanen. Top event of czech basketball has welcomed more that 100 thousand fans into stands. We have provided complex fan experience and game program for the prague group of Eurobasket including the production and directing of the games.
Feast for fans
Attendance record of czech basketball has been broken. More that 100 thousand fantastic fans have found their way into O2 arena to watch the games of one of 4 groups of Eurobasket.
We have added to the increadible stage for one of the biggest basketball evens our complex fan experience service where we brought in pieces of entertainment from the NBA back home to Prague.
Fan contest
In cooperation with Czech Basketball and agency Sport Invest we have prepared many contests for the fans. Among others some notable ones were Flashscore Half-court shot for 5.000 EUR, that saw one of 15 attempts be successful or fall of our mascot with TCL television from Kooperativa onto the stairs in O2 arena.
Biggest stars in Prague
The biggest stars of world basketball have come to prague arena with Nikola Jokič, two time NBA MVP, at the center. Followed closely behind was finnish giant Lauri Markkanen. Home team was looking up to Tomáš Satoranský, who despite his unpleasant injury was pulling czech team to the advance from group stage. Czech team also had amazing support of fans behind their back, that have created unforgetable atmosphere for the players.
